Terms & Conditions

1. About FM Digital Design

FM Digital Design is operated by Zara Pucci, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all enquiries, quotations, bookings, bespoke design services, stationery orders, signage and digital products supplied by FM Digital Design.

By confirming an order or booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Enquiries & Quotations

All enquiries are welcome and can be made through our website or by contacting us directly.

Following an enquiry, we will discuss your requirements and provide a quotation based on the products, quantities, materials and services requested.

  • Quotations are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry.

  • Any changes to the original requirements may affect the final price.

  • Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • A booking is not confirmed until the required initial payment has been received and the order has been accepted by FM Digital Design.

3. Pricing & Payments

Pricing is calculated according to the individual items ordered, quantities, materials, production requirements and labour involved.

All costs will be outlined in your quotation before work begins.

Our standard payment structure is:

  • 50% initial payment: Required to confirm the booking and commence work.

  • 50% final payment: Due following final design approval and before production or dispatch, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Where an alternative payment arrangement is agreed, this will be confirmed in writing.

Additional work outside the original quotation, including further revisions, changes to quantities or alterations to the agreed specification, may incur additional charges. Any additional costs will be agreed with you before the work is undertaken.

FM Digital Design reserves the right to pause work or withhold production and dispatch where outstanding payments remain unpaid.

4. Design Process & Revisions

Every bespoke design is created individually to reflect your event and personal requirements.

The design process will begin once the booking has been confirmed and the necessary information has been provided.

  • Revisions should be provided as clear, consolidated feedback wherever possible.

  • Additional revision rounds or significant changes to an approved concept may incur additional charges.

  • Changes requested after final approval may not be possible or may require additional production costs.

  • Any additional charges will be discussed and agreed before proceeding.

A revision refers to adjustments to an existing agreed design. A complete change of direction or a new concept may be treated as additional design work.

5. Customer Approval & Responsibility

Before production, customers will receive a final proof for approval where applicable.

It is the customer's responsibility to carefully check all supplied information, including:

  • Names and spellings.

  • Dates and times.

  • Venue details and addresses.

  • Guest names and table arrangements.

  • Wording, punctuation and personalisation.

  • Quantities and product specifications.

Once final approval has been provided, FM Digital Design will proceed using the approved artwork.

FM Digital Design cannot accept responsibility for errors that were included in the approved proof and were not identified before production.

If an error has been introduced by FM Digital Design, we will work with you to resolve the issue appropriately.

6. Production & Timescales

Production timescales will be discussed and agreed during the quotation and booking process.

Timescales may vary depending on the complexity of the order, quantities, materials and supplier availability.

Customers are encouraged to allow sufficient time for the design, approval and production process, particularly for wedding stationery and event signage.

Production will not commence until final approval has been received and the required payment has been made.

Any delays caused by late customer feedback, changes to specifications or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect the agreed delivery date. We will communicate any anticipated delays as soon as reasonably possible.

7. Changes to Orders

Changes to quantities, wording, materials, colours or specifications should be requested as early as possible.

Changes requested after approval or once production has started may incur additional costs.

FM Digital Design cannot guarantee that changes can be accommodated once materials have been ordered or production has commenced.

Any agreed changes and associated costs will be confirmed in writing.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible in writing.

Cancellation rights and any applicable refunds will depend on the nature of the order, the stage of production and applicable consumer legislation.

Where work has already been undertaken, costs may be payable for services provided and expenses reasonably incurred, subject to your statutory rights.

Personalised and bespoke goods made to your specifications may be exempt from the usual 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right.

However, this does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet the requirements of consumer law.

Please refer to our Delivery, Cancellation & Refund Policy for further information.

9. Delivery & Collection

Delivery options, costs and estimated timescales will be confirmed when your quotation is provided.

Where collection or local delivery is agreed, the arrangements will be confirmed individually.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate and that someone is available to receive the order where required.

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights in relation to goods that are lost, damaged or not delivered as agreed.

10. Colour, Materials & Appearance

We aim to represent all products and materials as accurately as possible.

However, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Differences in screen brightness and colour settings.

  • Variations between digital proofs and printed colours.

  • Natural variations in paper, card and other materials.

  • Supplier availability and material batches.

Where a particular material or finish is unavailable, we will discuss suitable alternatives with you before proceeding.

11. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All original designs, artwork, layouts and creative concepts produced by FM Digital Design remain the intellectual property of FM Digital Design unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers are granted permission to use the final approved designs for their intended personal event.

Designs must not be copied, altered, resold, redistributed or commercially reproduced without prior written permission.

Editable design files and working documents are not included unless specifically agreed.

Please refer to our Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy for further information.

12. Customer-Supplied Content

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any photographs, logos, illustrations, wording or other materials supplied to FM Digital Design are theirs to use or that they have obtained the necessary permissions.

FM Digital Design reserves the right to decline content that may infringe another person's intellectual property rights or applicable law.

13. Circumstances Outside Our Control

FM Digital Design will not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including severe weather, supplier disruption, postal delays, equipment failure or other unexpected events.

Where such circumstances arise, we will communicate with customers and make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption.

This clause does not remove any statutory rights or obligations.

14. Limitation of Liability

FM Digital Design will provide its services with reasonable care and skill and will fulfil its contractual obligations in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be dealt with in accordance with the applicable laws and jurisdiction.
